At Vibrant Health Nutrition, Sharina focuses on wellness and prevention of illness through the use of Ayurvedic and Integrative, holistic nutritional therapies to achieve optimal health. During your appointment, Sharina does a nutritional evaluation, sets up a program of diet, nutritional supplements, educates and motivates clients to assume more personal responsibility for their health by adopting a healthy attitude, lifestyle, and diet.
Sharina came up with the idea through her own personal experience. She believes that the holistic Ayurvedic and Integrative approach works to heal the body from a cellular level up using healing-oriented therapies that take into account the mind, body and spirit, while increasing energy and achieving overall balance through our basic sciences of life, as well as offering the body wisdom designed to help clients
stay vibrant and healthy. Vibrant Health Nutrition represents our Inner Health illuminating through our Outer Beauty. Sharina focuses also on increasing the body's alkalinity, consuming an individualized diet largely consisting of non-toxic natural foods, increasing efficient digestion, with intuitive, guided and ongoing cleansing. Eating plans, recipes and tips are created to work for everyone regardless of food lifestyle such as: vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian, or omnivore. Sharina shows others to discover their vibrant health and beauty by following her plans without having to obsess over the stress of typical Western dieting programs.
Sharina is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. She graduated from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in 2015. During her free time she enjoys rock climbing, hiking and biking with her husband and four legged fur baby. As a passionate practitioner of Ayurveda and Integrative Nutrition, Sharina has dedicated her life to inspiring others to discover their own light and true beauty.
